This innovative
service provides cooking demonstrations for hosts and their guests
while preparing a gourmet three-course dinner. Whether you are
planning a gourmet get-together with friends, wine dinner or bachelorette party, the evening will be tailored to suit the
occasion. The menu is customized to your tastes, and the
evening is paced toward your interest in "interaction".
In addition to bringing all the food necessary for the meal, we
provide cutting boards, knives and aprons, so you can "interact"
as much or as little as you want. All you need to provide are
the guests and wine.

Interactive
Cuisine offers private cooking lessons for clients in their
own kitchen. Classes can be arranged for 1 person, or groups of
up to 15 people. The lesson plan is based on the interests of the
participants. We offer a wide range of classes, including Basic
Knife Skills, Stocks and Sauces, Food and Wine Pairing, Basic Cooking
Techniques and Healthy Cooking. |

We realize
that not all occassions are appropriate for an Interactive dinner.
Should you want to host a dinner party without the "lesson," we
will gladly come to your home to prepare and serve the meal. As always, we
clean up afterwards.
