Interactive
Cuisine introduces cooking events for team
building, a cutting edge approach to motivating employees and
keeping work dynamics strong. Similar to other team building activities,
Interactive events get participants into different surroundings,
foster different ways of relating, and create opportunities to
look at each other in a new light. The theory is that learning
to work together in the kitchen will enhance the groups' collaborative
skills in the office.
Cooking as
team building can be as relaxed or structured as the group decides.
Events can be designed solely for the purpose of having a good
time together, or can be led by a facilitator in order to address
communication and collaboration strengths and deficiencies. For
the group outing, we offer afternoon and evening Interactive
dinners; for building team relationships, events can vary from
half a day to a year-long course. Please contact us for a consultation.
