New and Exciting Changes!

An exciting opportunity has landed on the doorstep of Interactive Cuisine since chef/owner Julia Shanks graduated from Babson College with her MBA. On August 15, 2006 she will join Sebastians Café and Catering as the Director of its Interactive Test Kitchen. Sebastians Interactive Test Kitchen will provide corporate team-building through cooking as well as client tastings and other creative culinary services. As Julia embarks on this new venture with Sebastians she will continue to do what she does best - lead interactive cooking events!  The resources of Sebastians Café and Catering combined with her personal experience will be a catalyst for growth as well as new and exciting interactive programs.

Sebastians Interactive Test Kitchen will be located in the Seaport District and is scheduled to open the end of 2006, just in time for the holidays!

In addition to the Interactive Test Kitchen, Sebastians offers a full range of services including 2 restaurants at the Boston Public Library, 3 cafes in Boston’s Financial District with two more opening in the fall, contract dining services, a specialty food product line and a first-class catering and special event division.

Sebastians Café and Catering will continue to offer the Interactive Cuisine services: corporate team building through cooking, interactive cooking parties and private cooking lessons.  We look forward to continue working with you through Sebastians and seeing you for the Interactive Test Kitchen Kick-Off Party.

Founded in 1996 Interactive Cuisine prepares gourmet meals in private homes, and other off-site facilities in the Boston area, while providing a cooking demonstration or lesson. Our service is geared towards private dinner parties and corporate team-building events, and primarily are three course dinners. At the end of the meal, Interactive Cuisine cleans up, and treats each guest to complimentary recipes.
